		<description>I use the refresh button and occ the swirly arrow in the tool bar(Firefox).  Seems to have same result for either.  If I am the only one with the problem it is probably personal settings.</description>

		<description>I am having trouble with the refreshing--it opens at the bottom of the page.  I thought it was not doing it anymore but still is.  I didn&#039;t know whether to attempt to fix it on my computer or if others were having the same problem.  At least I can read all postings and can post without difficulty.</description>
